“DirtStock” up Next for NEETS at Grandview Speedway
The North East Enduro Tour Series (NEETS) will be back in action this
Sunday, August 30th with the running of its “DirtStock” themed enduro events
at Grandview Speedway. Along with a 25-lap ladies race, two 100-lap enduros
will show case the afternoon.
The 100-lap 6/8-cyl. and 100-lap 4-cyl. events will mark the fifth visit to
the Bechtelsville, PA speedway this season.
Shawn Naftzinger visited victory in his last outing on dirt in his four
cylinder and Steve Todorow is gunning for his second straight NEETS victory
and third overall win of the season in the 6/8-cylinder competition.
Car counts have grown over the course of the season and NEETS Promoter, Joe
Cutri is certain that the fans who join the fun this weekend will not leave
disappointed.
NEETS is hosting a pet food and supply drive to collect items for the
Montgomery County SPCA located in Perkiomenville, just minutes from
Grandview Speedway. Officials will be collecting pet foods and supplies in
the pits following the event. Donations can range from canned, bagged, dry
or wet food, or supplies, such as cleaners, shampoos, combs or brushes. Even
pet toys are welcome.
The top five finishers in each division will receive trophies (and payout).
The first feature event is slated to begin at 2:30 PM and grandstand
admission price of only $7.
